Great Day! Choir

When

Friday 30 May from 11:15am to 1pm Friday 30 May from 11:15am to 1pm

Great Day! Choir is a new joyful singing group for people with dementia and their community.

There’s now a wealth of evidence to show that singing is especially powerful and useful for people who have dementia, contributing to a feeling of connectedness, evoking positive emotions, improving mood and providing an outlet for expression and fun.

The choir will be run by Christina Mimmocchi (musical director) and Jude Rosonakis (wellbeing director) both of whom are experienced community choir-makers.

This is a 4 week program. A carer or family member must attend with each participant. The more the merrier.
