Join us at the iconic Govindas for an incredibly special Gong Bath on the super comfortable recliners. You will simply lie down and let powerful gongs guide you into a state of profound rest. No movement. No talking. No “trying” to meditate. Just an hour where your only job is to rest.
The sound of the gongs works on the nervous system in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to feel. Many people describe it as:
