In yoga we practice connecting the mind with the body and our breath and the effects on our wellbeing range from relaxing to profound.
If you are curious, come along with a yoga mat and wear something comfortable - you may be surprised.
Classes are run at the Older Women's Network's Office. We ask that you become a member to enjoy all our classes.
