Fullerton signature Easter afternoon tea

Spend an afternoon delighting in the magic of Easter with our whimsical afternoon tea.

Take time to reconnect while enjoying in sweet and savoury treats with bold flavours that awaken the imagination. Our talented pastry team has crafted tasty Hot Cross Buns made of spiced dulce mousse and sourdough dacquoise, an apple cheesecake bunny, a decedent Easter Carrot, a Hazelnut Basket filled with chocolate eggs and a sweet Yuzu Stone.

For a special treat this Easter, we have created a little McGregor’s Garden, made of goats’ curd, pumpernickel soil and garden vegetables inspired by the popular children’s tale Peter Rabbit. Poached chicken buns, a Dutch carrot tart, layered smoked salmon sliders and smoked egg sandwiches complement our savoury selection.

Complete the afternoon with a selection of TWG Teas or a barista-made coffee all for A$78 per person, or enhance your experience with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV champagne for A$98 per person.
