Has your exercise routine dropped off? Are you struggling to get motivated, feel overwhelmed by YouTube videos and don't know where to start?

Mood Active's free 4 Week Wellbeing Workout will teach you how to get motivated to start and sustain an exercise routine, what to do when the going gets tough and how to overcome barriers, all while building confidence.

These 3 hour, weekly sessions combine education and exercise. The program also includes free access to our casual classes (yoga and circuit) throughout the program, which you can then continue to access after the program to cement the good habits you have established. Designed by a Psychologist and Master's of Coaching graduate, the program provides practical tips and tricks based on psycho-social education and adult learning techniques.

This program is designed for anyone 16+ with a mild to moderate mood disorder who wants to improve their mental health through exercise and can participate in light exercise standing up.
