Femme Heels: Dance program

Welcome to Femme Heels, an electrifying 6-week dance workshop at One Playground in Marrickville.

This course is designed to unleash your feminine side and empower you through movement in heels. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first steps, this program will help you discover sensual moves, embrace and appreciate your body, and celebrate your unique being.

Each week, you'll build on a routine, develop your character and learn more about body confidence, culminating in a stunning performance at the end of the six week term. Femme Heels is perfect for those eager to learn the art of heels for the first time and those looking to refine and revisit this expressive form of dance. This is your opportunity to redefine what it means to move differently and have so much fun along the way.

Tailored for all skill levels, no dance background is required—everyone is welcome!

Femme Heels agenda:

Week 1 : Learn Body Appreciation (Body Isolation, Waves and Rolls)

Week 2 : MasteringWalk and Spins (Learning various walks and spins for dancing)

Week 3 : Grounding down in Floor Work (Fan Kick, Leg Waves and more!)

Week 4 : Building Femme Choreography

Week 5 : Femme Choreography with Costume

Week 6 : Showcase Night @ Elements Studio, One Playground Marrickville

You will need to bring block heels or boots with a heel (no stilettos allowed)
