Tomber amoureux* Sofitel Sydney Wentworth invites you to fall in love* with a 4-course special menu to celebrate Valentine's day in French luxury style in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Indulge in five-star cuisine and spoil your loved one on the 14 February.
Enjoy a glass of Prosecco and amuse bouche on arrival and start with Yarra Valley Caviar and seared scallops, followed by a ten spiced wood roasted eggplant ceviche. The third course is a choice of veal cotoletta or pan roasted king fish, both paired with heirloom tomatoes and Burrata salad. Finish with The Lovers dessert, a chocolate mousse with tropical fruits, served with a secret sorbet.
