Do you feel self-conscious being seen? Avoid photos? Shrink in group spaces?
Embodied Confidence is a 2-hour immersive somatic workshop designed to help you build a grounded, embodied sense of confidence, from the inside out.
This is not about fixing your body. It’s about changing your relationship to being seen.
You’ll leave with:
A grounding practice for moments of body shame or self-doubt
Practical tools to soften self-criticism
Clarity on what your confident self is ready to act on
A felt experience of confidence - not just understanding it
Safe, optional partner witnessing
Playful movement and dance to reconnect with joyful confidence
No fixing. No forcing. Just permission. No dance experience needed. All bodies and identities welcome. Movement is invitational and adaptable.
Facilitated by Lexi (they/them)

This event takes place on stolen Gadigal and Wangal lands. I pay respects to elders past and present, acknowledging their sovereignty and ongoing connection to Country, community and healing. None of us are free until all of us are free. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal Land.
