Thursday 29 May from 6pm to 9pm
Join fourth-generation Australian winemaker, Bruce Tyrrell, for an unforgettable evening of wine and exquisite dining at the Parliament of NSW. Set in the heritage-listed NSW Parliament House Members' Dining Room, with its antique fireplace and sweeping views of The Domain, this elegant five-course dinner and wine tasting promises to be a truly special experience.
Your evening begins with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival before embarking on a guided tasting of eight premium Tyrrell’s Wines. A curated five-course seasonal menu has been designed by Vanessa Harcourt, Executive Chef at NSW Parliament’s Strangers’ Restaurant, to complement.
Each course will be crafted to perfectly accompany the tasting notes of the featured wine and further celebrate the rich flavours of NSW. As a keepsake from the evening, you will take home a copy of Dining at New South Wales Parliament, a stunning coffee table book capturing the history and culinary artistry of this iconic institution.
