Dance Therapy – Sydney’s Queer Dance Class Where Nightlife Meets Wellbeing
Dance Therapy is a beginner-friendly, queer-inclusive dance class in Sydney for LGBTQ+ people and allies who want to move, connect, and feel better midweek.
Held in a nightclub setting Upstairs at Universal Sydney, this class combines music, movement, and community to support mental wellbeing. Think nightclub energy without alcohol, pressure, or late nights.
What to expect:
Each class includes a gentle warm-up, a strut-style confidence builder, and an easy-to-follow dance routine set to pop anthems and crowd favourites. No dance experience is needed. You can come alone, with friends, or meet new people on the floor.
