Each week, we learn a new routine aimed at moving your body, connecting with community, and boosting your mood. Join us every Thursday at 6:30 pm upstairs at Universal - 85-91 Oxford St, Darlinghurst. 'Dance Therapy' is your weekly dose of fun, a chance to leave your worries at the door and enjoy!
Whether you've danced before or are stepping into a dance class for the first time, 'Dance Therapy' is a warm and inclusive community. We welcome beginners and are here to provide support at every step. Our classes start early enough to allow you to dance the night away but still get your beauty sleep.
