Martin Place presents: A Wine and Cheese Pairing Masterclass

Have you ever hosted a dinner party and been absolutely stumped on what wine to pair with your cheeses on the grazing board?

Well struggle no more! Our resident cheese and wine expert, Joanna, will help you reach master pairing status in one evening!

Joanna is a trained chef who having graduated from the acclaimed ‘Leith’s School of Food and Wine’ in London, then began working at ‘The Wolseley’ on Mayfair. Joanna started working with cheese almost 10 years ago when she trained and worked at one of the world’s great cheese shops, Neal’s Yard Dairy in London.

Wines that are being paired include:

• Philipponnat Royale Reserve Brut Champagne

• Patient Cotat Sancerre Blanc

• Hugel Pinot Gris

• Gentle Folk Scary Gully Pinot Noir

• Massolino Langhe Nebbiolo

• Chateau Filhot Sauternes
