Kung Fu, or Chinese martial arts, is a gem of Chinese cultural heritage and is a practice for physical fitness and self-defence.

Kung Fu helps its practitioners to develop physically and mentally. There are both barehand and weapons forms that people practice.

CYL Kung Fu and Qigong Group has classes every Friday, 3pm - 4:30pm. You are welcome to join CYL Kung Fu and Qigong Group! It is a chance to gain a better understanding of mind, body and spirit through the different forms of Kung Fu and Qigong.
