Wushu, or Chinese martial arts, is a gem of Chinese cultural heritage and is a practice for physical fitness and self-defence.

Wushu helps its practitioners to develop physically and mentally. There are both barehand and weapons forms that people practice.

CYL Group has classes every Saturday, 12pm - 1:30pm. You are welcome to join CYL Wushu Group! It is a chance to gain a better understanding of mind, body and spirit through the different forms of Wushu.
