You'll start with a delicious entree of Harissa king prawns, followed by a mouth-watering main course of charcoal barberry chicken, and finish off with a sweet and decadent dessert of rosewater syrup baklava.

Chef Ashraf is known for his unique culinary creations that reflect his passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create bold and flavourful dishes.
