Connecting with your creative self

Connecting with your creative self is a time to pause, reflect and engage a part of yourself you have perhaps ignored for too long.

And now you feel a curious thirst to reconnect that must be explored. In these three hours on a Saturday morning we will take it slow and engage the creative self through simple prompts, breath work, hands on creativity and writing. The purpose is to stimulate the creative flow. It's a great opportunity for those who feel "blocked" in their creativity or for those who need a catalyst for their creativity as we start the year. 

Parish Stapleton has been a creativity coach and worked in the creative industry for decades. Karina Kreminski is a writer and publisher and loves to see people thrive in their creativity. This is a workshop for everyone -artists, writers, musicians or those who simply love the creative journey. We believe that everyone is creative. No experience is necessary for these hours - just come with open hands.
