Clay & Cocktails Workshop at Brix Distillery

Join us for an evening to unwind, disconnect and get creative with the art of clay at Sydney's only dedicated Rum distillery.

Your Clay & Cocktails experience will begin with a deep dive into the art of distilling led by a Brix Rum expert. See exactly where we make our award-winning rums as you sip on a delicious Cane Spirit Daiquiri and tuck into a tasty charcuterie board.

Then, settle in to enjoy some quality relaxing time as Glaze Galleria maestro Bruna shows you how to use clay and pottery tools. With 2kg of stoneware clay, you'll make two distinct designs, from a cup, bowl or small sculpture. All creations are food-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe and dishwasher-safe.

Each ticket includes:

• 1 x Daiquiri on arrival

• 2kg of stoneware clay to create two designs

• Use of pottery tools

• Tasty charcuterie board from the Brix kitchen
