Chocolate Tempering Class with Ocean View

In this fun and relaxed class (featured on Women's Weekly), you'll enjoy ocean views while learning to make chocolate.

You'll learn to do hand tempering on marble, which is a traditional French technique. Some of the yummy treats you'll make with your own two hands are a chocolate bar, moulded chocolate, as well as chocolate lollipops with artwork and freckles!

You'll be eating as you go, and each guest will take away a sample bag of items made on the day, as well as a certificate.

This one-and-a-half-hours class covers less theory than our other three-hour class, and involves more chocolate making.

So if you're mostly interested in having a good time and eating/taking more chocolate, this one-and-a-half-hour class is the class for you; in the three-hour class your fee goes more towards paying for the instruction and theory elements.
