Looking for a unique way to celebrate Mother’s Day in Sydney? Skip the usual brunch and give Mum something she’ll really remember - a delicious and engaging stroll through Sydney’s Chinatown, packed with stories, flavours, and a little bit of sparkle.
On this special Mother’s Day edition of our award-winning food tour, we’ll be sampling street foods and snacks from some of Chinatown’s most loved spots, with at least 4 tasty samples included. From crispy, savoury bites to sweet treats, each stop showcases a different part of Chinese culture and cuisine, all designed to be enjoyed as we wander.
Expect great food, a few surprises, and plenty of time for laughter, bonding, and some memorable photos together.
This tour isn’t just about eating, though. It’s also a fascinating deep dive into Sydney’s Chinese-Australian history and the strong community connections that have shaped the area for more than a century. You’ll come away with a full belly and a new appreciation for the stories of Chinatown — all delivered in a fun, interactive style, complete with games and trivia.
At the end of the experience, we’ll send you and Mum home with our personal guide to Chinatown’s best hidden (and not-so-hidden) restaurants — perfect for planning your next visit together.
