Wednesday 12 February 2025 from 6pm to 8:30pm
Build practice-oriented skills and construct ceramic forms both at the wheel and using hand-building techniques.
An expert tutor will guide students through various clay production techniques with a focus on process and experimentation. You'll learn both hand building and wheel throwing methods and will gain an understanding of the basic principles of working with clay.
By the end of the course you’ll have finished either one sustained work or a collection of smaller pieces ready for firing.
If you’re a continuing student or have some ceramics experience, you’ll be supported to develop your skills by taking more complex approaches to your work.
