Students will begin by exploring the kind of characters and narratives they find most interesting. Have fun learning to draw faces and basic anatomy using fundamental manga techniques.

Once you sketch your characters you will create panels and page layouts to tell your story.

Your tutor will give you great tips on how to use pencils, brush pens, Artline pens and white out to design your manga. Students can also bring their own digital art tablet.

Who Should Attend? Beginners, avid manga readers, and aspiring artists alike—this workshop is designed to ignite your storytelling potential.

For young people aged 13 to 17.

Intimate class size: maximum 10 students 

Level: designed for beginner level students 

Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes 

Bring: yourself – all materials provided
