You don’t need any prior knowledge to enjoy this workshop, as your experienced tutor will give you step-by-step instructions on how to create your very own wheel-thrown ceramics.

You will have the opportunity to create cups, bowls or other vessels and then learn to decorate your creations.

This intensive workshop is a fabulous opportunity for young people to explore the medium of clay.

No prior experience is necessary. Returning students will be encouraged to take more complex approaches to their work.

This course takes place on two half-days: 

  • Day 1: 5 July, 9.00am to 1.00pm 

  • Day 2: 7 July, 9.00am to 1.00pm 

Small class size: maximum 10 students

Level: designed for beginner level students

Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes

Bring: yourself – all materials provided
