CELEBRATE THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON

It's time to fire up the fun! The Year of the Dragon is here to wish you good luck, honour and success. Reunite with family and friends on this auspicious occasion and Darling Harbour is celebrating with 3 massive weeks of food, fun and entertainment.

Visit the Chinese Garden of Friendship for lion dances, tea celebrations, craft workshops, zodiac readings and more, and continue your journey to Cockle Bay for exhilirating jet pack shows and dragon boat races. It wouldn't be a celebration without food, so be sure to round up your loved ones for a cozy dinner or bustling banquet. There are over 150 places to eat and drink in Darling Harbour, including authentic Asian eats in Darling Square and Darling Quarter.

The exciting program includes:

  • Dragon Boat Races - Witness three thrilling days of dragon boat races and entertainment on Cockle Bay, from Friday Feb 16 - Sunday Feb 18

  • Jet Pack Shows - Catch spectacular performances on Cockle Bay on Saturday Feb 10 & 24
