Join the Big Bold Walk for breast cancer research this June to help to support life-saving breast cancer research.

1 in 7 women in Australia will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

That’s why, through its clinical trials research, Breast Cancer Trials is on a mission to find new and better treatments and prevention strategies for every person affected by breast cancer.

The Big Bold Walk is free to register, as an individual or a team. When participants raise $10, they will receive a free NO MORE Lives Cut Short pink t-shirt. While the focus is walking, participants can complete their kilometres anyway they like.

Participants will also be able to connect with others in the Big Bold Walk community via the Facebook group for tips, encouragement and support.

This event was previously named the 100km in July Challenge, which was launched in 2023 and has raised over $2.1 million for Breast Cancer Trials – this year it’s had a Big Bold refresh!

“Together, we want to see a world where NO MORE lives are cut short by breast cancer,” Kate Campbell. “Whether you're a casual walker or a long-distance champion, join our community across Australia this June and make every step count.”
