The venue will be serving up a Cassoulet Montalbanais, which features house made Toulouse sausage, confit duck, pistachio saucisson and pork belly, all of which are baked in parsley, white beans and a rich tomato sauce, making this dish the ideal winter warmer.
It will be paired with a glass of divine Cahors Malbec, which presents aromas of dark summer fruits, sweet spices, pastry and fresh butter, pepper and laurel, and a hint of smoke, meanwhile on the palate, this wine exhibits a rich and mellow character, with silky, well structured tannins. It ends with a long and delicate finish, full of sweet spices.
