Autonomous Agents Unconference

Generative AI is so last week. All the cool kids are learning how to embed these new tools within ‘autonomous agents’ – tools like Auto-GPT, able to translate a text request into an unfolding series of actions – methodically planning, testing, and executing a strategy from request through to completion.
How do these tools work? And what are they good for? Can you build an autonomous agent yourself? (You can, using tools like langchain.)
