Learn how to manage arthritis as you grow older.
This free session is presented by The Health Promotion Service for Older People (HPSOP). HPSOP is funded by NSW Health through the Western Sydney Local Health District, with the goal to keep people healthy and out of hospital. It uses trained and experienced volunteer peer educators to present these information sessions.
A free morning tea will be provided.
This talk will be translated into Mandarin.

The Ron Williams Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computers, scanners, wifi, snooker and table tennis.
