Every Tuesday evening in September we will be using creative art therapy techniques and meditation exercises to work towards building a stronger sense of self.
You will need
Basic art supplies like crayons, pastels, watercolour, pencil crayons as well as a journal for reflection.
We will be meeting online via Zoom.
$20 per class or $60 for the entire series.
Art therapy is all about freedom of expression and letting go of the need to be perfect. It's not about being good, it's about being real and authentic. Everyone is welcome just as they are!
Kimberly Hetherington is a Canadian transpersonal art therapist, meditation facilitator and writer based in Sydney, Australia. She is a mental health advocate passionate about supporting people to find connection and belonging.
