Arakan Martial Art is a fast, powerful, dynamic and 'street' effective self-defence style that teaches efficient, practical and easily adaptable techniques for the modern world.

Martial arts is not just about kicking and striking, it goes beyond the physical. Not only do you learn practical self-defence skills you will develop a greater sense of empowerment, confidence and focus awareness, which will have a flow on effect in your daily life.
