Acting and self expression workshop

Bloom Girl is a counselling and youth mentorship program designed for teens girls (including non binary and gender diverse young people) to flourish and thrive.

Here at Bloom Girl, we empower teens by teaching tools and skillsets around increasing self love, self expression and confidence.

On this school holiday program, Anna, an acting teacher, youth mentor and counsellor, will be leading a 6 hour acting and expression workshop.

We will explore the theme of expressing your unique, wonderful self in the world through group discussions and activities. We will also play loads of fun acting and theatre games that will help you to express yourself, hone into your unique, wonderful imagination and have LOTS of fun in the proccess.

This workshop may be especially supportive for teens who want to increase self confidence, and also teens who love acting or would love to give it a go.
