Our chef Matteo Zini has been making vegan gelato for years to create a pretty much identical texture to regular dairy-based gelato. And he's done it!
It’s everything you want gelato to be: perfectly textured and perfectly sweet, ultra-creamy, smooth and melting in your mouth.
The secret? Well, you gotta come and watch as we churn! You don't even have to be vegan to enjoy the non-dairy versions of the creamy good stuff.

Pistacchio gelato
Made using almond milk, this flavour will surprise you with the creaminess given by the fats of Sicilian pistachios. In addition, you'll love the intense aromatic notes from the volcanic soil at the bottom of Mount Etna, where these nuts grow at.
Oat cappuccino gelato
This gelato represents a trendy coffee drink using an alternative barista oat milk. It'll make you feel like you're in Italy enjoying the smooth, creamy, sinfully good frozen dessert. But no need to jet-set. Instead, spoon this rich, decadent treat into your mouth right here in Sydney!
Coconut & avocado stracciatella gelato
Usually seen in the form of a smoothie, this flavour will delight your palate with a mix of coconut freshness notes, avocado creaminess and stracciatell crunchy bites given by the dark chocolate chips.
Chocolate sorbet
A full explosion of chocolate given by the single origin from Belize with aromatic notes of pineapple, plum and caramel. And yes, it's vegan!
