Begin with fresh seafood, featuring premium Ōra king salmon and seared Abrolhos Island scallops, before moving to the earthy flavours of black truffles paired with a perfectly slow-cooked beef sirloin. To conclude, indulge in our decadent signature 32 layered chocolate cake with whipped cream and raspberry for a special romantic touch and petit fours.
