Take a free Twilight Tour and delve into the Anzac Memorial’s stunning art-deco architecture and commemorative symbolism.

Long after the public have gone, the unique tour of the Memorial commences with an overview of the history of this remarkable art deco memorial.

You’ll have a rare opportunity to view ‘Sacrifice’ after dark and learn about why the recumbent form of an Anzac whose soul has passed to the Great Beyond is held aloft by his best beloved.

Find out what the 120,000 stars on the domed ceiling represent, and why do we release hundreds of paper stars with the names of soldiers killed in conflict from the Hall of Memory into the Hall of Silence?

Pause and reflect on the geographical reach of the call to serve and the enormity of sacrifice across generations in the Hall of Service

This is a tour you really will never forget.

Please arrive via the Liverpool Street entrance at 5.45pm for a 6pm start. The tour will conclude at 7.30pm.
