Trans and gender diverse communities: Together at twilight

Trans and gender diverse communities including partners, families and friends are welcome to join us in a free, family friendly, all ages and alcohol-free ticketed event. It’s an evening of relaxation, swimming, sport, live performances, food and fun with music by a live DJ.

Cook + Phillip Park Pool and its amenities will be open for trans and gender diverse people and their guests.

Enjoy exclusive use of the space including:

  • Indoor 50m Olympic pool

  • Indoor program pool with free aqua aerobics

  • Indoor wave pool with water features and beach party inflatables

  • Supervised access to gym facilities

  • Access to a chill-out zone

What's On

From 4pm:

  • Gates open and a Welcome to Country with didgeridoo

  • Free popcorn and snow cones

  • DJ Jimmy playing cool vibes

  • Lawn games in the courtyard

4:45pm: Aqua aerobics

5pm: Free community BBQ (meat, vegetarian and vegan options available)

5:30pm: ILE ILU Drummers roaming performance. ILE ILU is a women's drumming, percussion and dance group that brings fun, inspiration, connection and beautiful rhythms from Brazil and beyond!

6pm to 7pm: Voices of Visibility: Stories of Strength and Advocacy community discussion, as well as a Trans Vitality workshop delivered by ACON

8pm: Gates close
