Traditional weaving workshop - SOLD OUT

Join master weaver and cultural educator Karleen Green, as she shares her love of traditional weaving and culture.

You'll learn basic weaving techniques to create a small woven dilly bag using natural fibres such as lomandra grass and coloured and plain raffia.

Karleen Green is a Bunjalung, Munjalau and Kgari woman who is currently living on Gadigal Country. She has been leading traditional weaving workshops for more than 30 years.

Light lunch provided.

The St Helens Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. Pop in for a tea or coffee and a chat.
