Contemporary jewellery and object exhibition.

Laura and Nanette touched each other first in early 2020 when they sat back to back at the TAFE jewellery benches. This course got interrupted, as everyone was during 2020.

Laura was able to spend some of the time out of Sydney in the Hunter Valley. To keep in touch with each other and jewellery, Laura and Nanette shared pieces of their surroundings with each other and with other jewellery friends. They used these items to create new works and through meetups on zoom to work on projects, some communal, others where they used the same items and gave their own designs and interpretations to the jewellery.

Filling roles previously non existent, missing resources both tangible and emotional that were no longer available. This created new forms and ideas yet to be imagined.
