The Rose Bay waterfront Sydney Seaplanes Lounge (formerly Empire Lounge) is offering an evening of exceptional flavours and fine wines as chef Natali Mikailoğlu presents a curated 4-course wine dinner in collaboration with Bleasdale Winery, one of Australia’s most historic and celebrated wine producers.
Nestled in the heart of Langhorne Creek, Bleasdale is renowned for crafting expressive, award-winning wines that perfectly complement fine cuisine.
Each course of the evening has been thoughtfully designed to pair seamlessly with a selected Bleasdale wine, showcasing the depth and character of the winery’s portfolio. Our chef has crafted a seasonal menu featuring prime beef, lamb and scallops which will be paired with exceptional Bleasdale wines.
