Experience a showcase of talented young instrumentalists playing iconic music at the Sydney Eisteddfod NSW Doctors Orchestra Instrumental Scholarships.

The scholarship attracts the finest talent from Australia and since it began in 2006, just under 350 aspiring instrumentalists have performed.

The Scholarship offers a Senior and a Junior Award with generous prizes to support the future generation as they perform in front of SSO Associate Principal Cello and Artistic Director Simon Cobcroft. 

Sydney Eisteddfod gratefully acknowledges the generous support of the NSW Doctors Orchestra – Musicus Medicus and the Friends and Family of the late Brian Shearman who make this scholarship possible.
