Back for its fourth year this October, Sydney Ceramics Market 2025 returns with its biggest line-up yet — presenting more than 130+ ceramicists from across NSW and ACT as a major event of Sydney Craft Week.

Hosted at the historic Carriageworks, this two-day event showcases an impressive range of statement sculptural works by emerging artists to unique, high-quality tableware crafted by potters with decades of experience.

Far from your typical market, Sydney Ceramics Market is where design lovers, collectors and the curious come to discover new works and get to know the makers shaping contemporary Australian ceramics.

The 2025 lineup includes celebrated makers such as Milly Dent, Simon Reece, Studio Elke, Sooty Ceramics, Everything Flows Studio, Trade The Mark, Vanessa Bean, All Day Clay, and Bernadette Huang — alongside a curated exhibition area of 30 emerging Sydney ceramic artists, presented at the main entrance to the event.

In addition, enjoy live wheel-throwing demonstrations from Clay Sydney; browse Juz Kitson’s new Porcelain Queen clay and artisan brushware range; and pick-up specialist ceramic tools by Meet Ceramics and local engineers Homespun for those looking to grow their own practice.

With such a breadth of perspective, technique and style gathered all under one roof, Sydney Ceramics Market continues to shape the conversation around contemporary ceramics in Australia and celebrates the endless possibilities in the medium of clay.
