Join us for a Rum-fueled adventure through our backyard of Surry Hills. Our team of Rum experts will guide you to some of our favourite neighbourhood watering holes where you'll sip on bespoke Brix cocktails and sample one of our Rums at each venue. We'll conclude the experience back at Brix for a distillery tour and final tasting.

You will be guided by the Brix team, as they lead you on a Rum journey through Surry Hills, all whilst enjoying a few cocktails and chat with fellow spirit lovers along the way.

Each ticket includes:

• 1 x Brix Rum tasting across our range of rums at each venue

• Guided Rum Trail by our team of rum experts
