Thursday 23 October from 10am to 12pm
Join South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) for a relaxed and informative morning designed to help seniors and carers learn more about the Support at Home Program.
Over morning tea, you’ll discover how to access the right support to stay independent and active, at home. Hear from local guest speakers, explore our mini expo with local service information and resources, plus have your questions answered by our expert aged care clinical practitioners.
This is a free event, but seats are limited. Open to all City of Sydney residents.
