StratoFibre – Music for the Ages

Join Stratofibre on 21 February on a journey of engaging world jazz at Church Street Studios. We've had children, grandparents and everyone one else in between at our gigs getting into tunes like Mingus in the Ganges, Another World, Anthropology, and Eastern Blues as well as a few classics by Miles Davis, Jerome Kern, & Jobim.

This band thrives on rhythmic/melodic interplay and intuitive interaction. The music incorporates swing, Afro-Brazilian, and a few international grooves. Guy Strazz is a guitar master and awarded composer. His works are on Bandcamp as well as labels such as ABC jazz, Birdland, and Underscore. he has collaborated with artists such as Dale Barlow, Don Burrows, Matt McMahon, Mike Stern, Slava Grygorian, Martin Taylor, Sandy Evans, and Vince Jones.
