Sparkling Sydney is a spectacular celebration of Australian gastronomy, showcasing the finest sparkling wines from both Australia and around the world. This event promises a day of gourmet cuisine, artisanal produce, and a captivating blend of live music, offering an unforgettable experience for wine enthusiasts, foodies, and music lovers alike.

Explore a diverse range of sparkling wines with more than 60 sparkling wines, together with each winemaker’s select wine portfolio to taste and enjoy a full range of wines: Petersons Wines, Savannah Estate, Peterson House, Rowlee Wines, Iron Gate Estate, Tamburlaine Organic Wines, Weerona Wines, Vinifera Wines, Horner Wines, Wild Wren Wines, Stockman's Ridge, Saddler's Creek Wines, Stonehurst Wines, Boydell's Wines, DiVino, Ferrari Trento, and Gilbert Family Wines.

• Craft spirits: Immerse yourself in the world of fine spirits at the El Jimador Tequila and Gin Mare activation bars, featuring tantalizing tastings and Spring inspired cocktails. Local small batch distillers to taste and enjoy from Finders Distillery and Small Mouth vodka and refreshing pineapple Pickled Bear seltzer and even non-alcoholic cocktails by SMUG.

• Fresh Sydney Rocks oysters: Savour the taste of freshly shucked Sydney Rocks oysters from our 5th generation oyster farmer, perfectly paired with signature cocktails, wines, and craft ginger beer.

• Gourmet food: Delight in a delectable selection of gourmet food options, including Sofrito Paella, The Gnocchi Way, Japanese Aburi Bar, Lucio’s Pizzeria, and vegetarian and vegan favorites, all meticulously paired with bubbles and sparkling treats. Don't miss Hunter Valley cheeses, smoke & spices, gourmet nuts, cured meats, and a delightful choux patisserie, natural pancakes, and gelato.

• Live music: The live music line-up features contemporary jazz classics fused with RnB and pop; providing inspired infectious vibes throughout the day with main stage featuring the legendary Emma Pask "the greatest gift to Australian jazz vocals.", and Prinnie Stevens “Australia's own RnB soul songstress”, completing the incredible program is the incomparable Virna Senzone and Kate Wadey and their talented musicians.

Our DJ Garden will feature the blissful tunes of Kate Monroe our “First Lady of House” and Paris Groovescotter, mixing their unique musical fusion of disco, RnB, soul and house. A perfect accompaniment to sipping sparkling in the park with friends.

Sparkling Sydney is a free entry event. For wine enthusiasts, branded festival wine-tasting glasses and ticket packages are available for purchase on the day from our tasting ticket marquee, starting at $37.50 (includes 1 glass & 5 tasting tickets).
