Love Tilly Group x RU OK? All-Star Chef Charity Dinner

We are chuffed to announce our annual RU OK? charity dinner next month, raising funds and awareness for national suicide prevention. Join Love Tilly Group for an evening of good company, cracking conversation, and a menu of our best-loved morsels from across our venues. This year, Fabbrica Darlinghurst will set the scene for the RU OK? experience, presided over by an all-star lineup of chefs from across Love Tilly Group. We. Can’t. Wait.

The evening will begin in our elegant upstairs private dining room, where you will mingle over a selection of snacks from Love, Tilly Devine and Letra House; gildas, duck liver parfait brandy snaps and croquetas.

Then head downstairs to our majestic communal dining table to connect over heaped plates of Palazzo Salato ham, colatura hot sauce and focaccia, stracciatella draped with Cantabrian anchovies and pangrattato, and Fabbrica’s golden stuffed zucchini flowers.

Next, signature Ragazzi pasta takes the stage in the form of lumache with spanner crab, fermented chilli butter and sea blight, and Dear Sainte Éloise's gone but never forgotten steak frites (IYKYK). Hello, old friend!

We'll round out the night Fabbrica-style with scoops of tiramisu for all.

Held over two sittings, all ticket sales for the Love Tilly Group all-star chef charity dinner go directly to RU OK? Fabbrica Darlinghurst’s drinks and wine list will be available to purchase from on the night.
