Sound Bath for Babies offers a gentle opportunity for both you and your baby to slow down, not be over stimulated and simply be together.

Through the soft, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, the space is filled with calming vibrations that encourage relaxation, connection and nervous system support for both parent and baby.

Babies are naturally curious about sound. Some will relax and fall asleep, others will quietly observe, feed, cuddle or take in the experience in their own way.

There is no expectation for babies to be still or quiet. They are free to sleep, feed, move, vocalise or simply enjoy the sounds around them.
