Saturday 26 July from 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Sacred Road returns with the 5th edition of SKY, an immersive evening of music, movement and community connection in the stunning surrounds of Mosman Art Gallery.
This unique event blends three soulful practices – yogic breathwork, sound healing, and contemporary kirtan (a form of devotional music) – into one transformative experience. SKY invites you to slow down, release the weight of daily life, and reconnect with your breath, body, and spirit in a safe, welcoming space.
The evening begins with pranayama, guided by long-time breathwork facilitator Tenea Wilkinson, helping you ground and settle into presence. From there, you're led into deep sonic restoration with Chaitanyashree, a master sound healer originally from Nepal, who will guide you through meditative soundscapes using Tibetan bowls, bells and gongs.
The night crescendos with a powerful kirtan experience led by Mantra Te, a multicultural music group blending sacred mantras from India with global influences. Expect rhythm, heart, and harmony as the room comes alive with song, movement and shared joy.
“By the time you reach the end and everyone is singing together, there is just so much joy. I had tears streaming down my face while we all sang. People started dancing, there were smiles everywhere – it was a rare experience of shared innocent joy.” – Georgina, previous SKY attendee
Whether you're new to breathwork and sound healing, or a seasoned spiritual seeker, SKY offers an inclusive and heartfelt space to unwind, be inspired and connect with others.
