Semersion at Oh Boy!

Let the Hunter Valley’s three-time Winemaker of the Year Andrew “Thommo” Thomas take you on a journey in and around Semillon at this spring’s special release series SEMERSION. Create your own journey through 9 new release Semillons and graze at your leisure on some delicious seafood canapes while taking in the spectacle of Sydney Harbour.

This is a fun and informal Friday evening pop-up cellar door. Why not grab your gang and make it Friday evening drinks, or pop in anytime between 6-9 pm for a snappy pre-dinner tasting?

Best to allow approximately one hour to taste through the new-release wines.
