This event raises funds for First Things First, our flagship annual fundraiser held during Refugee Week. The campaign powers The Social Outfit's training programs that support women from refugee and new migrant backgrounds into first jobs, training and employment pathways.

These women arrive with talent, drive, and ambition but face real, systemic barriers to work. We create opportunities that recognise their skills, build financial independence and open doors to careers across fashion and retail.
