Pride@AGSM delight in inviting you to this event: Authentic Leadership in a Global Context, a half-day professional development forum and networking opportunity in the glow of Sydney Mardi Gras.

‘Free to Be’ – How relevant is this year’s Mardi Gras Festival theme in your workplace? How do leaders and multi-national organisations approach this topic especially across different countries and societies?

Together we’ll explore what it means to practice authentic leadership in a global context, to advocate values of diversity in a complex global environment, and to create an empowering workplace culture.

Join us for this masterclass led by Dr. Jeremy Grace, Director of AGSM MBA (Executive), MBAX (Online) and AGSM Graduate Certificates, followed by our 'In Conversation' panel. There will be insights and first-hand experiences of LGBITQ+ leaders discussing how they and the organisations they work for advocate and shape EDI on a global level.

  • Christy Newman (they/them) – Professor at the Centre for Social Research in Health, and Deputy Dean Research for the faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture, UNSW
