Join us for a taster of all our beginners friendly classes, Pole Dancing, Strip Tease/Lap Dance and Contortion (no bendiness needed). You'll even get inspired seeing the teachers do a short show! And we'll celebrate after with some bubbles, cause why not!
So many of our students couldn’t get motivated to get fit, couldn’t touch their toes, and hadn’t ever tried a dance class.
For the last 20 years, we’ve been running pole dancing classes for all people, all shapes and sizes, all ages, and professions, and we’ve found that unlike a lot of fitness options, people are MOTIVATED to come to these classes.
It doesn’t even feel like you’ve been exercising because it’s so much fun (perhaps until the next day when you are a bit sore). One of our great instructors will be taking you through a warm-up, a few easy moves, and putting a little routine together with the moves you have learned. Grab your mum, sister, brother, cousin, friend, a colleague, or just come by yourself and meet some new people.
- Classes are designed to start you from scratch and move you up to supporting your body weight and doing some knockout moves!
- It’s a dance class (but no dance experience is needed), it’s an exercise class, it’s fun, it’s a little bit sexy, and it’s held in a great, supportive environment too.
