Steve's background as a chemical engineer prior to his arrival at Piggs Peake over 20 years ago certainly informs his winemaking, but he is best known for his colourful storytelling and his ability to show anyone just how fascinating the world of wine can be.
Steve will showcase a selection of nine Piggs Peake wines, highlighting Italian varietals. These will be expertly paired with a specially curated four-course menu by Executive Chef Nino Zoccali.
