In the heart of Circular Quay at Salt Meats Cheese, you'll learn how to create their signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.
During the class, we'll break for some authentic homemade pizza made by the experts that will make your mouth water!
Along with pasta, you'll also learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking. An irresistible dessert! Plus, don't worry if you've never made pasta or cannoli before. This cooking class in Sydney has been designed with the beginner in mind.
Once the cooking is finished, you'll sit down and enjoy your delicious fettuccine and sweet cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills so you can recreate this feast at home.
